Do you suffer with a receding hairline or hair thinning?

If you experience male pattern baldness, count on Propecia to deliver the results you seek. Acting as a barrier to enzymes called 5 alpha reductase is the key to this drug. This enables hair production to return to a healthy level by making DHT levels drop. As a matter of fact, once you begin using Propecia, you will find that you will no longer lose hair, and men with male pattern baldness may experience significant hair regrowth.

Camp HealthRock increased kids’ knowledge of healthful
behaviors by 40 percent during the five-day session.

How do you make a junior wellness program sound like fun? For the staff of Lehigh Valley Hospital Center for Health Promotion & Disease Prevention, part of the answer was to come up with a catchy name. Beautiful Strangers

After photographer Veronique Vial finished a series of photos she titled Men Before 10 a.m. (powerHouse) she decided to turn her lens on a throng of celebrity women who would greet her in their waking hours as they each awoke in the morning. Recovering from Pulled Muscle

Q.I recently had muscle spasms in the rhomboid area near the right shoulder blade, due to an increase in my physical workout. Stretching and massaging seems to be the only treatment that helps. Can you recommend anything else? How long does it take to recover from an injury such as this?

– Simone

A.You’re doing the right thing for it: gentle stretching, continuing to work out the tension. Massage is an excellent intervention as well. But I’m not sure what you had was a spasm as much as a “pull.”

The big difference: Spasms tend to recur with some regularity, while a one-time pull will heal over a period of four to six weeks. You have to baby it — no vigorous exercises with the rhomboid, lat, trap or deltoid for a week or so.

Then gently and carefully reintroduce some moves.

Icing the area after your workouts will help. Use a bag of frozen veggies, which molds to your body, and cover with a thin towel for comfort.
